TIP OF THE DAY
If you get sun burned , first things is to get
after sun, with Aloe Vera, they sell it with ingrediants
for sensitive skin, that cools and soothes and trys to help damaged skin.
This can be purchased at local drug stores, and is about $3.00 a tube. This also will help prevent peeling, and skin damage.
But the best advice is learn all about the
numbers on sunblock,20-30-40-50-
(read the fine print) to prevent the dangerous uv rays
from attacking your skin in the beginning. Dr OZ had some great tip about protecting you
