Its been a lot of years, since we both were kids living in Amherst New York pickin and a grinnin. That was the days of record hops with Daffy Dan Nevereth, and Tommy Shannon of WKBW Radio station. We were known as The Hot Shots,and would perform between the records the Dj’s would play. Not like they do today with bands performing, play music between each act. We performed at top spots like The Glen Park Casino, which is no longer there and assorted dances at high schools.
Now many years later we have come together to once again use our vocal talent ,to share this song by the Everly Brothers “I wonder if I care as much” as i did before. I hope you like it . Eddie has now been inducted into the Rockabilly Hall of Fame,and as you can see I spend my time writing songs and blogs. At present time ,I am CEO of soon a company on the web called
http;//www,songwriterslounge.net. As of now we do not charge anyone, but hope to cover hosting cost ,and web fees starting in June. Not a business ,just a venture to help new and established songwriters to get noticed.
