Reports show  observation deck was closed in Dubi at Khalifa United Arab Emirates after selling thousands of presale tickets for$27.0o allowing observers to see the world located in the world’s tallest skyscraper.  Many thought this would be an additional location added to Seven wonders of the world , unexpectedly closed to the public a month after its lavish opening, disappointing tourists headed for the observation deck.
